Industrial Cooling Equipment Ltd
The Company
Originally formed in 1935, the Manchester based company
was acquired in 1986 by the giant American manufacturer,
York International Ltd.
1992 brought
significant changes to the company as
senior managers, Frank Greenough, Adrian Wontner and Eric
Griffiths negotiated with
York and purchased the company name and certain assets
and taking advantage of the good name of Industrial
Cooling Equipment and their very considerable experience
in refrigeration, air conditioning and heat recovery,
they set out to re-establish the company in its
traditional contracting role.
Industrial Cooling
Equipment Ltd, is a contractor specialising
in the design, supply and installation of commercial and industrial
refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, incorporating where possible
heat recovery and energy conservation.
In 2003
the company decided to purchase a new larger building as part of its
expansion scheme and relocated the business to Runcorn.
The
company is focussed on targeting companies that have a requirement for
air conditioning or refrigeration for both business operations or
manufacture.
