Service of installed equipment is a high priority within ICE as mechanical breakdowns are inevitable and air conditioning, refrigeration and controlled environment systems are not immune.

 

ICE will provide a rapid response to breakdown situations and offer a 24 hour call out to clients who have arranged maintenance contracts.

   Capability and Skills
 

All the work carried out by our engineers are to the highest standards of workmanship and quality. ICE's engineers have a variety of qualifications ranging from City & Guilds to Degree level.  

                                         

It is mandatory for all of our engineers to have an up to date registration for the Safe Handling of Refrigerants qualification which has to be updated every two years and is certified by the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board).

 

ICE are approved agents for the design, supply and installation of most manufacturers of commercial, packaged and split air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

 

ICE are also an approved dealer in the supply/installation and maintenance of Daikin split systems/skyair and VRV.
