Service of installed equipment is a high priority within ICE as mechanical breakdowns are inevitable and air conditioning, refrigeration and controlled environment systems are not immune.

 

 

Frozen and chilled foods require insulated and refrigerated storage facilities throughout the distribution chain; - 30°C for frozen foods in bulk to maintain the high quality life of the product and precise chill temperatures above freezing for chilled foods with a shelf life.

 

If the system has not been maintained or a component fails then there is a possibility that the temperature might start to rise, thus having an adverse affect on the product you are wanting to keep at the low temperature.
